Nutrition - Foods

Of course we can't cover all the foods here so we have selected a few of the more interesting ones and will keep adding to this section over time. There are some foods that we use in tiny, almost insignificant quantities that actually have some remarkable properties, when taken in larger amounts. There are some common foods that are devoid of all nutrition by the time we eat them and others that are extremely toxic but are allowed on the supermarket shelves because the "experts" feel we eat these in such tiny amounts that we would not be poisoned.
