Is it possible to eat healthy food on a tight budget?
Can we have a little more variety in our meals, without breaking the bank?
I'd love to invite some friends over for dinner, can I afford it?
I am a type 2 diabetic, I'm sick of tasteless food can I make tasty meals and keep to my diet?
I need to lose weight but the weightloss food is all so tasteless can I eat tasty food and still lose weight?
. . . . . . . . . . . . . In one word - YES !

Bar - Gold with Broccoili

Our modern diet is high in starch and even the simplest starch molecule breaks down with digestion, into at least 22 glucose molecules. When your body can't burn up that glucose, it stores it as fat. The medical profession says cut out the sugar because the body stores it as fat but they tell you to eat plenty of carbohydrate (starch rich foods) like pasta, potatoes, rice, bread and other flour products. They have not thought the problem through, beyond sugar.

The result is people start a weight loss diet that is going to fail. It's full of "fluff food" - all bulk and no taste. They break it and tell themselves, they will go back to their diet tomorrow, meanwhile they binge on the stuff they aren't supposed to have.

Why not start a tasty diet that is easier to stick to?
Even if it is a few calories per meal ahead, without the binge eating, they will finish up miles ahead.

What if we could make a weight loss diet that was so good others wanted to come on it too?
Of course they would never know it was a weight loss diet because it tasted so good.

The recipes here are made to be enjoyed, without packing on the pounds (sorry kilograms) and sending the blood sugar through the roof. They may have a few more calories than your weightloss "fluff-food" but they taste so good, you won't want to stray from your diet. In the long term you will end up well ahead on calories.
